The conclave is filled with keynote speakers and roundtable discussions around leadership, workforce development, community outreach, overcoming limiting beliefs, mentoring, negotiation, financial management, personal branding and networking, mental toughness, communication, health and wellness. The event closes with an award ceremony where we will celebrate ourselves, each other, and recognize local leading Black Men who are making a difference and effecting change.
