Over twelve months, students repeatedly build, automate, troubleshoot, secure, document, change, and operate technical environments until individual tools begin to make sense as parts of a larger system.

AI-assisted operations

AI is your assistant. You are still the professional.

Students work with Claude Sonnet through Amazon Bedrock in controlled workflows involving infrastructure analysis, incident investigation, documentation, reporting, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.

The objective is not to blindly copy AI-generated answers. Students learn to question, verify, validate, and retain clear human accountability for every decision.

SEIR Foundations is completely online through Zoom, with a minimum of two live training sessions every week throughout the 12-month program.

Sessions are led by Theo WAF, Chief Instructor of Theo University, together with a small team of assistant instructors supporting labs, troubleshooting, and student development.

As the program progresses, students are expected to investigate more independently, explain their reasoning, and become less dependent on instructors for immediate answers.

Capability first.

The curriculum develops knowledge that overlaps with AWS and other cloud, infrastructure, security, and automation certifications. Students may pursue relevant certifications throughout or after the program, but exam preparation is not the primary purpose of SEIR.

Certifications can validate knowledge. SEIR is designed to help build the capability behind it.

Do I need prior IT experience?

No. SEIR begins with foundational material and progresses throughout the year. Consistent attendance, study, and hands-on work are required regardless of background.

Is this a college degree program?

No. Theo University provides practical technical training. SEIR Foundations does not award an academic degree.

Is SEIR a certification course?

No. The curriculum overlaps with knowledge found in numerous cloud and technology certifications, but the primary objective is practical technical capability.

How are classes delivered?

The program is completely online using Zoom, with a minimum of two live instructor-led sessions per week.

How long is Class 8?

Twelve months. Class 8 begins the week after the 2026 Black Manosphere Conclave.

What is tuition?

Class 8 tuition is $2,500.00. Future cohorts may be priced differently.

Can I make payments?

You can pay in full or use installment options presented by Shopify at checkout if you qualify for them.

Do I need a Conclave ticket?

No. A Conclave ticket is not required to enroll in SEIR Foundations. Attendance is strongly recommended as the best way to meet instructors, alumni, and the wider BMc community before the program begins.

Are certification exams included?

No, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Students are responsible for certification exam fees and optional third-party learning resources.

Does Theo University guarantee employment?

No. SEIR is designed to develop practical knowledge, technical capability, and professional judgment that students can apply toward their own career goals.
